David Yarritu is a New York-based prop and still-life stylist, set designer, and creative consultant. His vision reflects years of work in fashion, art, music, and design. He studied architecture at the University of Texas in Austin and upon graduation moved to London. Participation in the New York East Village art scene drew him back to the States, where he has lived ever since.
David has collaborated with photographers such as Herb Ritts, Annie Leibovitz, Philip Lorca diCorcia, Mark Seliger, and Nan Goldin. He has consulted for clients like Pottery Barn, West Elm, Home Sense, and designers Gianfranco Ferre, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
David collects vintage books on architecture and design, and is currently archiving hundreds of his own Polaroid photographs.
